About the Role: Your job as Sales Executive/ Junior Account Manager at Houst is to diligently demystify the product using exceptional and confident phone manners. You are a positive and energetic person who enjoys a fast-paced and varied job looking to achieve monthly individual and team targets. You will have a natural ability to understand the needs of prospects so that you can put forward a compelling pitch, making the value of Houst clear to every customer from the very beginning. Sales Development: Managing your own sales pipeline by identifying and prospecting potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Collaborating with the wider sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Occasionally meeting with clients in person, resolving any issues. Account Management: Manage and grow existing client accounts by upselling additional products/services and identifying expansion opportunities. Develop customised solutions to meet clients' specific needs and objectives, ensuring maximum satisfaction and retention. Monitor account performance and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities. Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer preferences, pricing strategies, and market demand. Administrative Tasks: Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account information using our CRM software. Generate sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to track progress and performance. Requirements High level of communication skills; in person, on the phone and written. Strong organisational skills and efficiency. You will manage a variety of clients and the sales process from lead to sign. Naturally competitive Solid understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
