This role will also require you to:Partner with key internal stakeholders and guide the platform application strategies to ensure the client's strategy and technical roadmaps are followed throughPlan, drive and deliver strategic projects and initiatives.Optimise team performanceUplifting Agile delivery capabilities throughout the team and ensuring agile practices are being followed to achieve business goalsGreat team contribution and leadership opportunities for the right person to really take ownership of this role and be an excellent example for the already exceptional teamKey Requirements 3-5 years' experience as an Iteration Manager (or Scrum Master), leading high performing teams for medium to large scale companiesHaving an extensive knowledge and passion for Agile methodology, coaching and mentoring Agile teamsExperience using tools such as; Jira, Confluence and SharePointExperience with Guidewire (not required)Experience working in Agile environments and coaching, encouraging and providing insights to the rest of the team on how to grow Agile maturityExperience working closely with Project Managers and Product Owners to design, prioritise and assist demonstrations in sprintsExperience with using functional and technical knowledge to eliminate roadblocks and prepare to prevent future risks from occurring before they nearHaving initiative and a passion for consistent growth and development within the team you will be a part of in order for constant high performancesFacilitate the identification and management of dependencies across the teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsIn return, you will receive a competitive package along with flexible work environment, discounts on personal insurance policies, access to constant learning and development programs and an excellent company culture.
