H2R Technology is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer with migration experience to assist them in the final stages of their migration to Exchange Online. As all internal users have now been moved across to exchange online, this role will focus on the migration of their historical data from their legacy environment through to Exchange Online.

Key Skills and Experience
- Exchange Online (ExO)
- ExO migrations
- NearPoint Mimosa

Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on the tools (including install and config) and approach required to migrate data to ExO
- Create an implementation plan that outlining prerequisites , methods, migration, testing methods and criteria
- Reconcile the migrated data against the original dataset and provide a report on differences
