You will develop and execute plans to enable staff to fully leverage Microsoft 365 packages in order to improve their personal productivity and team collaborations. To contribute to the successful execution and delivery of projects by effectively planning, coordinating, and managing all project-related activities. Drive project success, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Create and implement strategies and plans to enable staff members to effectively utilize Microsoft 365 packages. Plan and conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations to educate staff on the features, functionalities, and best practices of Microsoft 365 packages. This includes creating training materials, organizing training sessions, and providing ongoing support and guidance Track and analyze staff usage and adoption of Microsoft 365 packages. Generate reports and insights on usage patterns, trends, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any gaps and promote continuous learning and development Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements. Create detailed project schedules, milestones, and task dependencies Coordinate project activities, monitor project progress ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project members. Ensure effective information flow, timely decision-making, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle Identify potential risks or issues and implement mitigation strategies. Implement contingency plans as necessary to keep projects on track. Prepare progress reports to stakeholders & MT, highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues Qualification Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 packages, project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA). Strong analytical, organizational skills and problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail to identify and resolve project issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
