The Business Project Executive in the Aftersales Department supports the Manager on key projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. These projects include enhancing Aftersales' dealership operations, digital aftersales, and electric vehicle implementation.Job Responsibilities:Business ProjectEnsure timely completion of executive project deliverablesManage ongoing projects and track progressIdentify potential vendors and evaluate project implementation costsCoordinate with internal stakeholders to update progress and ensure readiness before launchAttend internal IT meetings to discuss project implementation progress and issuesGather and analyze market intelligence on competitors' marketing activities and suggest programs to meet market expectationsNegotiate partnerships with potential vendors to obtain preferential offers for Aftersales marketing promotion campaignsAftersales Process OptimizationImprove work productivity by analyzing feedback for the aftersales processWorking closely with the Regional Office and IT team on a digitalization project. Constantly looking for and evaluating digital solutions offered by various stakeholdersKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:You should possess a sense of responsibility, be focused on achieving results, and have a knack for solving problems.
