As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our staff, encompassing both desktop support and systems administration functions, ensuring smooth operations of our IT infrastructure and delivering high quality support.What does the role look like?Provide timely and effective technical assistance to end-users, including logging, tracking and troubleshooting hardware and software issuesMaintain and manage end-user desktop devices, and install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and usabilityAdminister and maintain IT systems and end-users across multiple platforms, and coordinate monitoring and maintenance of infrastructure.
