About the role Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this is an exciting new technical role that will sit within the technology team. Its primary purpose is to successfully provide management and oversight of UniMed's core technology and security services through engagement with key vendors, support of the local and remote operations team, and delivery of technology projects and initiatives. The IT Services Manager is a subject matter expert on IT requirements, operations and supporting technology change and works with the wider technology team to suggest and scope environment changes, contribute to IT budgets and be a key driver for continuous improvements within the IT operations space. About you We are seeking an experienced IT Services Manager, who has worked previously in IT support or System Administrator roles operating within the Microsoft M365 environment. You will have a passion for effective technology, supporting people and display the right attitude and behaviours aligned to our values. In addition, you will: Possess a proven track record with at least 5 years' experience in senior IT support roles with a particular focus on Microsoft M365 tools Have the ability to effectively lead and manage the IT Support team Be experienced in Microsoft Office, Azure, Entra, Exchange, Compliance centre, etc. Have the ability to responding to and resolve priority (L1/L2/L3) problems in a timely manner, supported by the IT Support Engineer and vendors as required Be able to manage relationships with key support vendors to ensure high-quality service, support and escalation Contribute to business projects and initiatives across a wide range of topics and business developments Demonstrate openness and the ability to learn from projects, vendors, and internal team members Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
