Location: Radius Care Support Office, level 4/56 Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland 1052 Hours: 40 hours per week Employment type : Fixed-term for 12 months, with the possibility of extension or evaluation for permanent opportunity. About the role: Reporting to the IS Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and implementing projects within the organization. You will also take the lead on systems implementation projects, ensuring the successful adoption and integration of new technologies or processes within the business. Collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and execute the implementation process. The main initial projects involve our time attendance system (Human Force) and our clinical management system (e-Case). Core Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Project Management Develop project plans, clearly defining objectives, outcomes, milestones, risks and key stakeholders Manage project timelines and budgets Co-ordinate resources to ensure projects can be successfully delivered Coordinate the teams, including assigning tasks and developing schedules Deliver projects on schedule by implementing effective IT strategies Systems Implementation Support the review of systems to ensure systems selected are fit for purpose and will meet business needs Conduct assessments of current projects capacities and timeframes Identify key stakeholders that are crucial for the success of the project Lead the implementation planning and set up activities for projects Direct team members as needed to ensure successful project implementation Oversea daily business operations related to the assigned projects Liaise with management and stakeholders to communicate project details and deadlines Train people in the new system Build effective relationships with key stakeholders and ensures that they achieve buy-in Skills and Experience: Either a relevant degree (e.g., a bachelors degree in business systems, IT, project management or operations) or relevant 3 years' experience in a similar role Experience with project management tools and proficiency in systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical skills and strategic thinking Problem solving and decision making Deadline oriented and multitasking Work with a real supportive management team Access to discounts and benefits via our staff app Employee Assistance Programme Exceptional People Exceptional Care: Radius Care is a New Zealand owned and operated company; we specialise in health and aged care for the elderly and disabled.
