Want to be a part of our team?  We're seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator, to join our highly successful professional services team to be based at client site in Dunedin. Joining us on a permanent basis, you'll be responsible for interfacing with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept, through to final implementation. Working at NTT  Responsibilities of a Project Coordinator include the following activities: Project Coordination:   Communication Management –  manage project communication and documentation Cost Management –  manage and control project cost Procurement Management –  manage the activities to engage subcontractors, and invoice customers Quality Management –  manage the quality of all work done by the project team and subcontractors, including the quality of project coordination work Risk Management –  identify and manage all risks on the project Scope Management –  manage the scope agreed with the customer Team Management –  manage the allocation and schedule of the project team Time Management –  manage the scheduled work so that it is delivered within the agreed timeframe Resource allocation:  Assign resources to their projects, with resource schedulers and client. Attend the weekly resource meeting Documentation and report preparation:  Collates and prepare all project related documentation and reports Meeting arrangements and documentation : Provides general administration support eg coordinating meetings, booking meeting rooms Cost tracking:  Monitoring of costs related to projects by tracking costs against budget or against the customer PO value Coordinating with (third) parties for the delivery of resources and contractors when necessary Liaising with clients Managing several projects simultaneously What will make you a good fit for the role?  The knowledge and experience of a Project Coordinator includes the following: An understanding of the IT project environment and stakeholder interests. Successfully completed education in basic project management principles. Demonstrated work experience as a Project Coordinator, working on a variety of IT projects A proactive approach. Pay attention to detail. Good verbal and written communication skills. Be service and client orientated. Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of business and project processes, structures and control requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
