Executive Summary As an IT Manager, you are responsible for the setting up and management of a robust IT infrastructure to support operations and to ensure that standards, policies and procedures are established and implemented and aligned to our business goals and objectives. You will lead the execution of our critical technology initiatives and help to strengthen the collaboration between IT and the stakeholders. We are looking for an IT Manager to lead our dynamic IT team and drive the success of our technology initiatives. Responsibilities Spearhead the strategic direction of our IT department, aligning technology solutions with business objectives. Manage the IT infrastructure that includes administration of the system, budgeting and overseeing IT needs of the institute in both Singapore & Malaysia Campuses. Lead and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet the company goals and quality standards. Lead and motivate a talented team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment. Manage and optimize our IT infrastructure and overseeing IT needs of the institute in both Singapore & Malaysia Campuses. Source, evaluate and manage vendor/s for procurement of IT infrastructure (hardware and software) and its application, where relevant. Manage vendor services that include drafting of Technical Document for RFQ/RFP, contract negotiation, service evaluation and contract management. Liaise and facilitate with internal and external parties to ensure the institute's capability and to align operation processes to comply with information security, personal data handling and data protection procedure. Requirements Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. At least 8 years of experience in a similar position and preferably have worked in educational institutions with strong technical background & knowledge. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) Strong technical knowledge in IT and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
