So, we value our staff loving what they do, making sure we get the job done right, striving to be one step ahead, and working as a team to be in it together. We are currently on the lookout for a new member to join our friendly IT team. This is a high functioning, collaborative team that work seamlessly together to provide professional support to a growing business. In this role you will not only help the VetSouth teams directly over the phone, but you will also visit multiple clinics weekly providing an effective IT support service. You will build great relationships and become the 'go to' of IT problem solving within the clinics! If you are a strong advocate for technology and have a keen interest in IT along with a helpful nature, this job could be perfect for you. Due to the travel involved, a vehicle will be supplied for work purposes, any necessary training, and a strong induction plan will help you hit the ground running. What you need:  Experience in an IT help desk support role A qualification in IT/Computer Science is preferable Ability to welcome change and help others along the way Highly developed customer service skills Excellent time management and prioritisation capabilities is crucial for success Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn new tasks and be an excellent team player Experience in Microsoft 365 is preferred but not essential.
