In this role, no two days will be the same, you will be responsible for providing support to our people and delivering an exceptional level of customer service. The team has 10 people with this role reporting to the Team Lead, Business Engagement and Training and is part the Information Systems and Services (ISS) Group – about 130 people.The team works across the ISS and wider DOC business areas to support and deliver core IT Services. DOC launched its Digital Strategy in 2020 and this has been refreshed in 2023. This provides a roadmap to meet business outcomes.
