This includes receiving, prioritising, documenting, and actively resolving end user incidents and requests. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and service request tracking tools, or visiting a user and/or hardware while supporting cyber-security best practices and guidelines.This is a busy role that will ensure that you have a varied day. You will be working closely with the IS Department team to achieve great outcomes for the wider organisation. Day to day activities could include updating the asset register, ensuring all hardware and software databases are up to date, making sure IS equipment is kept in a tidy and well organised fashion, keeping hardware, software and license information up to date.About youYou should have• 2 years previous IS Service Desk or equivalent experience.• 1 year MS Networks and Windows Operating Systems experience.• MS Office application support experience.• ITIL Foundation or equivalent experience.• Experience with hospital based systems would be an advantage.To be eligible to work at Health NZ Te Whatu Ora Lakes, you should be fully vaccinated, including COVID-19.Health NZ Te Whatu Ora Lakes provides healthcare to a population of 110,000 people from its two modern and progressive general hospitals in Rotorua and Taupo, New Zealand.
