Inwards/Outwards Goods Team Member Whakatane

Mitre 10 WhakataneWe have a position in our busy inwards/outwards goods area.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with an eye for detail to join our locally owned business.
The purpose of this position is to;
ensure all goods coming into/going out of the store are accounted for accurately
process Credits for missing or damage stock
contact customers as soon as Special orders arrive for them
work strictly to all health and safety guidelines
deal with trucks and couriers for incoming and outgoing goods

We are looking for applicants who have the following attributes;
Understanding of health and safety
Physically fit (as job requires heavy lifting)
Great communication skills both written and verbal
Enjoy working as part of team
Current fork lift licence (not essential, but favourable)
Confident with computer software programmes
A desire to train and upskill
Able to keep workstation clean and tidy
