We are recruiting a dedicated motivated Manager who has extensive experience in inventory control this industry to lead our team and ensure that our market delivers the best customer experience.
You will be working in a diverse, fast paced and supportive environment alongside others with the same motivation to deliver outstanding service, range and quality. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and lead a new team in a store that will have the latest technology and equipment.

The ideal candidate will be:
A strong leader who is commercially aware
A positive self motivated individual
An experienced manager who has managed or been the 2IC in a busy warehouse environment
Able to run the department to meet financial goals
Experienced with SAP ( or similar)
Have high standards of customer service
Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Ensure high standards of quality, and customer service
Efficient operation of the butchery department
Manage and lead the team
Ensure the department meets financial targets
Managing inventory effectively
Compliance with our Food Safety Programme
This is a full time position, ideally commencing in late September 2019. The days and hours of work will be discussed with the successful applicants and will likely include weekend work. Days and hours may be tailored to suit the individual.
