Above all, we seek an enthusiastic team player committed to driving social change.The OpportunityWe are looking for an outstanding individual to lead a subset of funding relationships, explore fresh investment prospects, and foster a network of collaborators.Primary duties and responsibilities:Identify and assess new opportunities, predominantly grants but occasionally equity or debt.Provide recommendations on funding decisions, encompassing both new and existing investments.Conduct financial analysis and thorough examination to fortify the portfolio review process.Summarise due diligence findings in reports for both internal and external dissemination.Continuously evaluate the social impact, scalability, and delivery capacity of investees.Facilitate connections between organisations in the portfolio and other valuable stakeholders.Cultivate relationships with global donors, collaborators, and subject matter experts.Gather evidence and identify industry trends to enhance institutional knowledge.Act as an external representative for Jasmine Social Investments as needed.Ideal CandidateWe are searching for an individual with over 5 years of experience in established analytical roles. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field, along with international exposure.
