DIVISIONS TheInvestment Banking Divisionworks on some of the most complex financial challenges and transactions in the market today. We work with corporations, pension funds, financial sponsors, and governments and are team of strong analytical thinkers, who have a passion for producing out-of-the-box ideas.
YOUR OPPORTUNITY Join a close knit team of passionate and high performing individuals with access to market leading deals and a global network of colleagues.
Help solve critical financial and strategic challenges for our client base across broad product and sector groups by:
Developing and strengthening client relationships, participating on advisory teams and assisting with structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions;Developing financial models, perform customised company valuation analysis and forecasting, assist with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and fixed income and equity issuances; Preparing client presentations, which explain industry trends, assess clients' situations and provide the necessary financial insights to help shape client investment strategies to meet their goals;Coordinating teams of tax advisers, attorneys, and bankers for various transactions;Organising due diligence processes and actively participate in the negotiations of legal documentation.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 2-5 years of prior work experience in a relevant fieldProficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-throughStrong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlinesTeam player with positive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to adapt quickly to a variety of industries and businessesAbility to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgmentsAbility to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholdersCommercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive informationIntegrity, ethical standards and sound judgmentMORE ABOUT THIS SKILLSET In addition to being passionate about the financial services industry, markets and research process, individuals across these teams possess strong financial modeling skills, excellent written and verbal communication, are strategic and analytical thinkers, and hold a high level of technicalproficiency.
