International Head Of Sales

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Implement strategic international sales goals and objectives, with a focus on driving sales growth via all channels and markets - existing and new.
Efficiently and effectively manage resources (personnel and budget) across all sales and customer service functions to best serve the organisation's goals.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting & reporting to board level.
Optimise the sales and customer service CRM processes and systems.

A minimum of 5 years' international sales management experience, ideally including North America as a minimum.
A proven record of driving sales growth, ideally in tourism or a related product.
Experience in multiple sales channels.
Proven aptitude for dealing with high value, intangible products.
Leads, inspires, is present and involved.
