Graham Consulting is a New Zealand owned recruitment firm operating for 15 years and with offices in Auckland and Christchurch. We specialise in the professional sector and are down to earth team that work hard, play hard with a great social calendar as well as a focus on health/ wellness in the work place.
We are currently looking to appoint a new person to the team, someone experienced and keen to work part time, supporting our Auckland Manager and Senior Recruiter Sarah Bailey. The position requires work across Monday to Friday but with flexibility of hours.
The role will involve:
Identifying and contacting potential candidates
Utilising online sourcing tools, social media and CRMs
Presenting job opportunities and qualifying interest and expectations
Phone screening, interviewing, reference checking and testing

The roles will range from CFO and senior accounting positions through to entry level office and accounts-based vacancies so experience in this space would be awesome. Key to the position is time management, multi-tasking and the ability to work quickly across assignments. An intuitive mind and the skills to make quality decisions around fit are of course really important.
There could also be the opportunity to add value in the company through training and upskilling of less experienced colleagues and assisting the team with business development and marketing initiatives.
