This is an exciting opportunity to join our Christchurch based team to shape our internal communications strategy and play a key role in developing our employer value proposition and brand.In this role you will lead strategic internal and employer brand communications to support our organisation at a Group level; establish effective internal communications practices to ensure that our teams are positively engaged in our culture and purpose!Key responsibilities but are not limited to:Overseeing internal communications for the GroupDeveloping and executing a new Group internal communications strategySupporting our Group CEO ad senior leaders to craft and deliver messages to connect and empower our teamsProviding communications leadership across core Group projects, including key change management projectsPlaying a key role in shaping our employee value propositionWorking closely with other teams and stakeholders across Ryman to ensure key updates are coordinated and deployed across the appropriate internal communication channelsWhat's in it for you?
