Join us on our mission to improve the wellbeing of the world through the great outdoors.A little bit about the role…The Global Marketing Manager's purpose is to drive marketing success in international markets by managing the production and distribution of sales collateral, coordinating seasonal trade efforts, and executing local marketing initiatives. Additionally, this role provides expertise and support to the broader marketing team for important initiatives such as coast-to-coast. Day to day you will; Project management of international sales catalogue design and development Coordination of product outfits and hero story lines in partnership with Product and International GM Manage the GSM marketing overview and required seasonal campaign summaries Access and guidance to sales team on brand/seasonal campaign assets and application Ensuring campaign readiness and consistency for launches across all markets Briefing promotional pricing and management of promotional material Management of seasonal and promotional campaign plans and timings with planning, merchandise, product, and sales teams Manage an international marketing calendar Management of the Global social accounts and channels – representing the brand, campaigns and content relevant for an international audience Lead wholesale marketing plan rollout in ANZ (Katia keen to use her Global skills to help the ANZ team execute wholesale) Management of the international P&L What we are looking for… You will have demonstrated experience within global marketing and within sale operations combined with formal qualifications. You will have experience in project management, knowledge of best in class marketing practices, tools and trends. You'll demonstrated a genuine passion for our products, and what we stand for as a business and be able to demonstrate that to your customers.
