Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work;A passion for this area of law and a desire to provide exceptional legal services to clients;Proven experience working in a similar type role.The Role Some of your responsibilities will include:
Opinions and court pleadings;Appearances as a junior in all forums:Advising councils on local government issues, including on liability in tort and on statutory decision making and enforcement;Assisting with advising on resource management matters and plan change processes.The firm provides a market leading remuneration package together with appealing career progression pathways.
