About the role:
Our client is looking for an intermediate to senior level solicitor with experience in litigation. The role will cover:
• Insurance litigation
• Insolvency and debt recovery
• Relationship property and family protection claims
• Contractual and property disputes
This is a full time, on-site role but flexible start and finish times would be considered for the right candidate. This is a supportive, friendly law firm who walks the talk when it comes to balancing work with personal life. No overtime required.
About You:
The ideal candidate for the role will have:
• A NZ law degree and practicing certificate
• 3-5 years PQE with a focus on litigation
• Experience drafting court documentation
• Confidence appearing in Court
• A desire to develop and mentor more junior staff members
• strong communication skills
• valid NZ working rights
