About the role In this role you will be given the opportunity to expand your litigation experience and independently manage a caseload of tribunal cases with the support of very experienced in-house senior colleagues. You will also:
be responsible for providing legal advice and opinions in relation to licensing and disciplinary processesdue to the nature and size of REA, interact with colleagues across the organisation including the Chief Executive and Complaints Assessment Committeeswork on a range of interesting and unique work pertaining to relevant legislation, regulations and codeshave plenty of opportunity to engage with external legal providerscontribute to policy and practice development to ensure REAs activities meet the highest possible standardsAbout you You will have 3 years' PQE, with experience manging litigation and/or appearing before Tribunals or Court either within private practice or an in-house environment. As well as being able to hold a NZ practising certificate, you will also have some or all of the following:
