As a UI/UX Designer at Renti, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of the Renti platform, as well as ensuring the Renti brand stays strong and consistent. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive interfaces and delightful experiences that exceed user expectations. As part of your role, you will also be responsible for the creation and development of various marketing materials, encompassing not only the design and content within our platform but also including business goals and language tailored for all target demographics. There are plenty of opportunities to grow in this role and we are looking for someone who will eventually grow into the role of Renti's Head of Design.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualisation to implementation, ensuring a user-centric approach throughout.Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate findings into actionable design solutions.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.Maintain and iterate on a comprehensive design system and processes to guarantee consistent and easily implementable designs across all our products and services.Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.Continuously iterate and improve design solutions based on user feedback, usability testing, and industry best practices.Remain updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to bolster our design capabilities and sustain a competitive advantage.Requirements3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and solutions, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and visual aesthetics.Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as FigmaSolid understanding of user-centred design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.Experience developing in a responsive manner, designing experiences across web and mobile platforms.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and rationale.Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a slightly unconventional business, happy to put your hand up to help out with tasks outside of your direct remit.Competitive salary and benefits, including an employee share scheme, so you can benefit from the success of the business and have a stake in what you're creating.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative startup environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.Unlimited Coffee... , if That's Your Thing: Because sometimes, all you need is a caffeine boost to turn ideas into designs.
