Our client may also be flexible towards high performing junior lawyers with at least 2 years PQE.About the opportunityIn this role, you will be a key member of the litigation team, handling a variety of cases across the whole suite of civil litigation including construction law, commercial litigation, and trust and estate litigation. This is a fast-paced role and would be best suited to someone who has a solid footing in civil litigation with a confident amount of exposure to court proceedings. At this level, you will need to have exceptional skills in drafting, discovery, and strategic thinking.It is essential that you have a keen interest in extending your focus on litigation. Most importantly, you will need to be self-sufficient and proactive with the initiative to work autonomously but also work collaboratively within a team.
