We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our clients team as a Intermediate/Senior Accountant. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports. Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with management to develop and manage budgets. Provide guidance on financial forecasts and assist in strategic planning. Tax Compliance: Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and implement necessary adjustments. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains. Implement best practices to enhance the overall accounting function. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. Professional accounting designation (CA, CPA, ACCA, etc.). 3 -4 years of experience as an Intermediate account, 5+ years of experience in a senior accounting role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation. Proficient in relevant accounting software. Skills and Attributes: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
