We are dedicated to councils and work mainly in civil litigation and dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and enforcement (including prosecution), and advisory areas.With ten years of experience working with local government clients and having acted in some of the country's highest-profile council cases in recent years, Nathan Speir is looking for team members to join the firm during its early phases.Role Overview:As an intermediate lawyer at SPEIR. you will play a pivotal role in our litigation team, handling diverse cases for councils across New Zealand. You will work alongside Nathan Speir, gaining invaluable experience in Court, dispute resolution settings (mediation and various tribunals), and with clients.
