Role snapshot:
Working with a tight-knit, cross functional Agile team you create fit for purpose business requirements that positively impact delivery. You will act as the conduit between technology and customers and supporting other consultants. Furthermore, you will be looked to help improve process, give insight and direction where you see the need, while creating documentation that succinctly and accurately captures the business's needs.
Your fit:Minimum of a 3+ years proven experience in eliciting requirements, both at strategic and detail levels within an Agile environment
Experience working with large enterprises responsible for implementations and consulting in these environments
Experience communicating User Stories to the software development team
Business Process experience
Strong project ownership and disciplines
An ability to anticipate and act to minimise the probability and impact of risks and issues
Critical thinker, with the ability to devise alternative ways to achieving outcomes to the benefit of this organisations clients
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Experience in leading stakeholder-facing requirements workshops
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
Ability to approach complex problems both logically and laterally
High attention to detail
