This role involves working closely with the sales team, content teams and advertisers to create and implement engaging and impactful cross platform integration opportunities that drive advertising sales growth.If you think you're a good fit, apply now and come back in 2024 for interviews and an exciting potential career change!Proactively collaborate with the sales team and advertisers to understand their needs and provide creative, integrated solutions that meet client's requirements.Develop and execute insightful responses to client briefs.Ideate new creative sponsorship and integration opportunities that align with overall client strategy and sales objectives.Conceptualise and produce high-quality proposals, sales collateral; including sales presentations and case studies.Work with the Integration Lead to have existing sponsorship proposals done in advance within an appropriate timeline for sales.Ensure that all creative work is consistent with the Sky and the client's brand guidelines and messagingManage the process from concept to final product, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within the brief and budgetChampion the evolution of internal collaboration between departments (including marketing, social, subscription and content) and influence new cross platform opportunitiesWork with external agencies and vendors as necessary to bring campaigns to lifeProvide creative support for sales events and client presentations, including both design and collateral developmentESSENTIALAdvanced Microsoft Office in Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel and CRM softwareBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field3+ years of experience in trade marketing, creative advertising, or a related fieldExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong creative skills with a portfolio demonstrating experience in developing successful campaigns.Experience managing projects from conception to completion, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative SuiteLegal right to work in NZ as defined by Immigration NZExperience in creative solutions, brand-funded content and cross-platform integrations.PREFERREDA 'student of the industry' to have a deep knowledge of marketing trends and best practices, with a passion for staying up to date with the latest industry developments.Familiarity with the television industry and advertising sales processesMinimum of 5 years experience managing a small team.You'll join a team passionate about building a collaborative and inclusive culture where our people do their best work.
