Founded in Auckland more than 10 years ago, they have established their offices in Wellington, Christchurch, Queenstown and now are moving to Tauranga!Your new roleThe role is open to either an Intermediate or Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will be responsible for managing all costs associated with assigned projects, from the agreed feasibility budget through to the final account settlement. Ideally, you will have experience managing projects from $500k to $30mil and have a thorough understanding of the New Zealand construction methods, commercial contract law, drafting agreements, assessing payment claims and variations.
