A fantastic opportunity to join ZURU Edge whilst we are going through substantial growth The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones They should have evidence of strong skills possess good negotiation skills and existing understanding of international markets e g German wider European market Job Duties Responsibilities Build existing accounts and open new accounts to grow the business internationally focus on Germany and wider Europe Create Execute and Coordinate comprehensive marketing and sales plans across Give feedback on market trends and various categories within the relevant territories Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers Identify strong local partners to develop new retail and distribution channels Complete sales presentations to customers within relevant territories including product demonstrations sales data information and outline brand marketing and category strategies Negotiate with customers on pricing packing cargo ready date and minimum order quantity for each product line per relative market Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing seasonal and annual sales quotas for these markets projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products Provide management with accurate sales forecasts and detailed assessment of the factors influencing sales Manage Rep network ensuring they are always informed and are pushing business Collaborate closely with all functions of the business including Merchandising Planning Customization and Financial Collaborate and plan with other sales team members within the company to ensure market execution is aligned Sales Support and administration Provide forecast order details for each Licensor forecast per quarter Organize any deliveries for any samples sent out for your clients when needed Streamline customer database Create emailmarketing blasts to send to clients with any product updates Check all data on sales reports is correct Update price list when required Point of contact for clients with regards to pricing issues etc Maintain and improve where possible all relationships with ZURU customers Follow up and secure PO s negotiate terms such as shipping pricing and MOQ s ensure all shipping information i e markings forwarder all testing requirements are outlined to Merchandising Required Skills and Attributes 5 years of sales experience or Bachelors Degree in Business Sales or related discipline Proficient English Germanspeaking and or other European languages helpful as well Previous FMCG experience is beneficial but not essential Excellent sales and negotiation skills that could drive business effectively Proficiency in MS Office including Excel PPT Good analytical skill attentive to details and good with numbers Proven track record when working under pressure against deadlines Extensive international travel required Join us today
