The Role

This is a unique opportunity with an Insurance team. You will be working in a fast paced, growing and supportive group. You can expect your duties to include: Managing a Claims portfolio from lodgement to finalisation of each claimWorking with clients throughout the period of their claim, providing exceptional levels of customer serviceEnsuring each claim complies with all legislation and regulatory requirementsWorking with third party panels, lawyers and barristers throughout the claim process

To succeed in this role you will have proven experience in defendant related personal injury insurance litigation with an understanding of processing Insurance claims. In addition we require the incumbent to have excellent organisational and communication skills, with a genuinely empathetic bedside manner. You will be able to hit the ground running in Insurance claims and have a strong grip on the typical everyday tasks such as using Microsoft suite, meeting multiple deadlines and customer service.Due to the nature of the role we are seeking applicants with experience in Personal Injury/ Public Liability and Insurance Claims.
