This broad scope means we are looking for someone that can tackle projects head on and lead from the front.Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Carpenter with expertise in insulated panel installation to join our team. As an Insulated Panel Installation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the construction process, ensuring the precise and efficient installation of insulated panels in various projects as well as ongoing training and development of our staff and products. National Travel as workload demands. Responsibilities:Construction of off site manufactured building modules and on site turnkey installationSite SupervisionExternal consultancy and trouble shootingExecute the installation of insulated panels according to project specifications and industry standards.Measure, cut, and trim panels to fit specific dimensions and configurations.Install panels using appropriate tools and techniques, including fastening, sealing, and finishing.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to coordinate site installation activities and ensure project timelines are met.Conduct quality inspections to verify proper building alignment, structural integrity, and adherence to safety regulations.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges encountered during the installation process.Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored and utilized.Requirements:Proven experience (over 5 years) as a Carpenter with a specialization in insulated panel installation.Broad insulation panel experience from large industrial installations to small buildings, chillers and doorsIn-depth knowledge of insulated panel systems, including different types of panels, materials, and installation methods.Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment, including saws, drills, and fastening devices.Strong understanding of construction principles, building codes, and safety regulations.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proven ability to think on feet and problem solveProven ability to lead a team and provide educationProven commitment e to health and safety Relevant certifications or training in carpentry and insulated panel installation (preferred).Competitive compensation package Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.Supportive and inclusive work environment with a focus on safety and teamwork.How to Apply: If you are a skilled Carpenter with expertise in insulated panel installation and are passionate about contributing to innovative construction projects, we want to hear from you!
