Instructor Aircraft Maintenance

Mo te tunga | About the roleYou will be instructing students in theory based classroom learning, with practical hands on training around aircraft flight line operations and maintenance, mainly to new military recruits. Along with the delivery of the pre-prepared syllabus, you will be working alongside your colleagues, sharing your subject matter expertise in aircraft maintenance to support the design and development of course content and practical learning activities.Due to the nature of this role, there is no option to work remotely.Nga pukenga me nga wheako | Skills and ExperienceAs a confident communicator and presenter you'll enjoy building a good rapport with others and motivating those around you.Along with significant experience in aircraft training flight line operations or aircraft maintenance facilities, you'll have:Computer savviness in the MS Office Suite and ideally have some experience using computerised maintenance management systems.Adult teaching or instructional experience, however, we can offer on the job training and/or opportunities to upskill.Excellent planning and organisational skills along with the ability to find innovative solutions.Nou te rourou | What's in it for youYour skills and dedication deserve recognition, and NZDF delivers with competitive pay matched to your experience.
