This is a high-profile role that provides a unique opportunity to gain cross-functional experience & exposure to senior leaders within the organisation. It provides an ideal opportunity to gain broad commercial experience in terms of how to commercialise innovation projects. ROLE LOCATION OPEN TO: Australia (NSW) and New Zealand (AKL) NEED CANDIDATE TO START ASAP Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the commercialisation of innovation projects from concept to launch- ensuring flawless execution of innovations through Project Management excellence Leadership of cross functional project teams to deliver innovation projects to agreed 1st shipment / in market datesResponsible for AOP submission & budget trackingResponsible to assessing & communicating the feasibility of innovation projectsResponsible for communicating milestones & timelines to project teams & key stakeholders to enable on time, on budget project deliveryCollaborating with Commercial teams to enable successful project execution Responsible for communicating risks & issues & implementing appropriate mitigation & contingency plansEnsure quality inputs to Gate Documents and My Innovation system ensuring data accuracyPresenting projects at Stage Gate meetings (e.g. ANZ Executive Leadership team) to enable Gate approval decisions.Deliver KPI's with a focus on of 3Yr Innovation NR, Stickability and Incrementality. Build team standards via continuous improvement, tools and templates Leading overall Artwork Readiness with suppliers and internal stakeholders (New Work forum) Qualifications About you: Successful candidate must be able to project manage multiple innovation projects, working within a fast paced and complex environment.High level of business acumen is required- commercially savvy- able to connect the dots across project work streams and an understanding of key P&L driversStrong communication & presentation skills with the ability to collaborate & influence peer groups & senior stakeholders Candidate will need to be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, managing significant amounts of change as well as dealing with time pressureAbility to deliver project feasibility assessments Leadership skills including taking others with you/setting the agenda to ensure project teams are clear on expectations & deliverablesProblem solving project issues & recommending course correction actions to enable on time project deliveryCandidate must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently and a high drive for results.Bachelor Degree or equivalentDirect project management experience is preferred especially innovation related but a high level of organizational skills is acceptablea For you: We offer a competitive benefits packageAccess generous leave options (e.g. wellness, birthday, volunteer, purchase additional leave/cash out leave)We understand that bringing the best version of yourself to work means looking after yourself holistically.
