What will you do? As the Injury Rehabilitation and Wellbeing Manager, you will lead the delivery of effective injury management and provide well-being support across Ryman.
We have a unique hybrid model of self-management where we partner with a TPA but have our own Injury Management Advisor who manages our high-risk claims. This allows for some outside-the-box thinking with our injury management services, providing real oversight and the ability to provide exceptional service to our team members.
Full ownership of high-risk claims provides a deep knowledge of trends allowing for focused and proactive injury prevention opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the ACC Accredited Employers Programme (AEP) to maximize benefits for Ryman and our team members.Liaising with ACC and our third-party administrator to ensure compliance and excellent service delivery.Overseeing the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and promoting its use.Providing leadership that fosters a high-performance culture and drives innovation.Collaborating with operations and construction H&S teams.Leading people, health, safety, and wellbeing-related projects within Ryman.What's in it for you?
