The Team Leader – For our Clients Cadetship Programme's role is to: ·       Operationally lead and manage a team of Cadets in all maintenance activities within the Eastern Porirua Partnership Project, including Nursery work, vegetation control, weed control, asset repair and maintenance and carry out the revegetation preparation, planting and aftercare ·       To implement the plans, schedule and maintenance cycles throughout the project. ·       Provide a cohesive & efficient learning environment for the Cadets ·       To support and assist the Manager - Eastern Porirua Cadetship Programme To work collaboratively with the other Team Leader to provide a consistent service delivery.
