Working on behalf of a well-regarded National Air Carrier, we run a project speaking to their customers with ticket and fare queries, including those related to Covid-19 travel restrictions.
We are now seeking a confident, proactive and responsive team to receive client calls, assess the nature of their query and ensure all relevant information such as name, location and email address are accurately captured on the system. With your specialist skills from the Travel and Tourism Industry, you will have the opportunity to transfer your skills across other call types and provide additional specialist support.
As this has been a challenging time for everyone, it is important to remember customers may be upset, frustrated or uncertain of what they need to do, so you will need to be resilient under pressure, quick to respond and able to build rapport with a diverse group of people.
To make a success of the role you are:
A clear and calm telephone communicator with a professional tone
Confident with a variety of computer software’s and touch typing
Exceptional at paying attention to detail with proven accuracy skills
Available for a full-time roster between 6am – 10pm, Monday to Sunday
What will this role offer you?
A secure full-time fixed term role of 3 months
$23 per hour + penal rates for shifts after 8pm and on weekends
Retention bonus of $1,000 NZD payable on completion of full 3 month engagement
A convenient location close to trains and buses
An opportunity to work on behalf of an iconic Kiwi brand setting the tone for their customers
This role is fixed term to help our client manage an increased volume of customer calls during this period and to ensure their experience is well managed and positive.
We are looking for a large team to respond to the anticipated call volumes so to be successful you will need to be available to commence full time fromMonday 15th June 2020.
You must be legally eligible for full time employment in New Zealand to be considered for this opportunity and we require satisfactory previous employer references and a clear criminal history police check to be completed as part of our standard recruitment process.
