We provide professional One Stop Solution For all IT, Mobile Phone, Digital, and electronic needs for Businesses and Home users.We are currently seeking a vibrant and dynamic ICT technician to join our team on a full-time basis.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Diagnose faults, assess the repair requirements and advise customers accordinglyContact customers to provide estimated repair cost and time frameInstallation and maintenance of system software, hardware and or Electronic component.Set up system security and perform virus or malware removal.Troubleshoot desktop computer system, laptops, gaming PCs, Electronic equipment.Repairing devices such as mobile phones, laptop, tablets, iPad and iPods etc.Replace the required components for devicesSoldering and de-soldering of components.Computer and Electronic equipment maintenance and replacement.Ensure optimum output of devices and appsAdjusting, replacing and repairing faulty components using multi- meter and soldering iron and hot Air gun.Ensure that all repair and testing tools and appliances are in proper working condition.Input and maintain network IP addresses.Configure wireless router, modems and network security.Maintain and troubleshoot computer networks.Interact with customers and other organisations to answer any queries in regards to hardware and software issues and provide solutions to the problems.To be considered for this role you will have:Technical or qualification experience in the service of devices is preferred but not necessary, training will be providedMust be able to work independently- training will be providedAttention to detailTime management and problem-solving skills Effective communication skillsFlexible to work 7-day rotating roster and flexible hours.Perks and advantages of working with us:Attractive remunerationFurther training, development, and career progression opportunities.If you are reliable, outgoing, self-motivated, and take pride in your work then we want to hear from you!
