Ict Sharepoint Specialist

Our ICT team are a fun, close knit group who support Council staff by ensuring our ICT Systems are running smoothly and working effectively.
In this brand new position as ICT SharePoint Specialist you will support Council staff by creating collaborative work spaces and project portals.
You'll be responsible for creating user application interfaces, writing and modifying SharePoint code, solving technical issues and testing software.
This role is based at our modern offices in the growing town of Rolleston with free onsite parking. Rolleston is an easy commute from Christchurch or within Selwyn and has an ever increasing range of services available locally.
Our ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years' experience supporting and developing SharePoint in a corporate environment, if you've worked in Local Government - even better! You'll have product design and review experience and have the ability to understand SQL queries.
Your effective communication skills mean you can work with a range of end users as well as external providers, focusing on creating effective solutions.
