We are looking for an enthusiastic Implementation & Care Specialist to support in our asset management service offerings. The Support Specialist is responsible for providing our customers with an effortless experience, from consultation through to after care for our asset management software. What does the role involve?
As an Implementation & Care Specialist, you'll be working closely with Hilti's local ON!Track Service Consultants and Sales Teams, as well as building and executing implementation & care action plans for customers.
You will be working closely with Service Consultants to ensure software set up for new customers is complete and ready for implementation. You will take part in the implementation process, assisting our customers with the tagging of their items. You will offer seamless customer service support, both during and after the implementation phases. Customer training may be required.

What you need is:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Can demonstrate analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel/drive
You may be required to do onsite tagging which is a physical job and will require you to be physically fit
Excellent communication skills.
Technically savvy and agile in software and Microsoft office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Capable of multitasking and working in team environment
Competent in delivering training to internal and external customers
Self-motivated with can-do attitude and manage multiple tasks and time well with strong problem-solving skills
Interested in developing a long-term career with the company
Some travel may be required
