Are you up for an exciting challenge and ready to excel in your retail career? This is an amazing full-time opportunity to lead and manage our newest TouchLab Store opening within the Auckland Commercial Bay precinct set to open in early 2020. This is a world class commercial space which is situated close to public transport, fantastic eateries and is in the hub of Auckland’s city centre. It truly does not get better than this in retail. We are so excited about it and hope you want to join this amazing journey of opening our new store with us.
We are looking for an adventurous, passionate, authentic Store Manager who is a sales superstar and has what it takes to run a successful retail business. Based in our Auckland Commercial Bay Store, you'll be responsible for motivating, developing and inspiring your team to crush sales goals and elevate their individual performance.
Do you have what it takes?
Determination & grit to knock targets out of the park
Energy, passion and motivation to hit sales targets and drive your store to great results!
Skills and experience to inspire and train your team to be selling superstars
A practical understanding of NZ retail and customers
Sound judgment and decision-making skills - Do the right thing always.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills - not afraid of the courageous conversations
A passion for apparel and a good eye for visual merchandising– you know how to work it
Effective stock management skills
A great sense of humour and an ability to create fun – you're an Icebreaker
Great full-time opportunity working Tuesday to Saturday- will include working late nights
