You will be working as part of a team, comprised of Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC Technicians, and our Building Maintenance crew ensuring our clients' facilities are maintained to a high level.
CLIENTS: The successful applicant will be part of a diverse trades working out of our Christchurch office in Paragon Place. Our clients include major banks, Government agencies, universities, prisons and a combination of other leading NZ businesses and commercial premises.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Workload will consist of a combination of reactive maintenance and minor project work, but also assisting with Planned Preventative Maintenance works
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE HVAC trade qualified and registered
Commercial maintenance experience is highly desirable
Knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability or willingness to learn to use a tablet/iPad (for job dispatch)

Health & Safety is a priority for Cushman & Wakefield and the successful candidate will be expected to have a good understanding of the H&S requirements and behaviours in commercial environment. Good personal presentation and customer service skills are also essential, as is a clean full driver's license.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a drug test, complete a Pre-employment Health Questionnaire and MOJ check. A criminal conviction review is also a requirement of the role.
