We educate the next generation of doctors and nurses to the highest clinical standards and prepare them to meet tomorrow's medical challenges competently, compassionately and creatively.The candidate will be a key member of the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine HR partnership team that manages the Executive & Administrative staff.As HR Partner, you will work with assigned business units to co-design people solutions with your clients and spearhead people strategies to achieve NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine's outcomes. You will be the catalyst between business and HR with duties including performance review, talent acquisition, talent review, change management, succession planning, employee engagement as well as organisation development.Qualifications 8 or more years of experience in HR business partnering or equivalent role, ideally in higher education or research sectorDegree in any discipline.
