About the role
Are you a passionate and positive self-starter who is looking for a challenge? We have a great opportunity in our HR Support Services team based at 323 Great South Road, Ellerslie.
As an HR Assistant, you will demonstrate a high level of competence in the performance of all HR administrative duties. In addition, you will possess well developed interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and be able to provide good customer service. Your ability to be discrete in relation to confidential matters and the use of your initiative to solve complex tasks will be necessary for success in this role.
Key Accountabilities:
Administration and customer service experience
Be an expert at time management and prioritising
Demonstrate initiative
Have a passion for learning
Be positive and enthusiastic
Demonstrate proficient keyboard skills and experience in Microsoft Office application, including Word, Excel and Outlook
A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred, but not essential
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have integrity and be able to maintain confidential information
