About The Role As an HR Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the HR initiatives, overseeing and driving the implementation of strategic processes. This role will have a heavy focus on ER and Recruitment, so strong generalist skills or specialist skills within these areas are a must. Employee and Labour Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, handling employee and labour relations issues with finesse. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Strategic Site Support: Take the lead on critical site initiatives, including employee engagement, diversity, equity & inclusion, attraction & retention strategies, leadership development, and succession planning. Recruitment Efforts: Source and attract top-tier talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. Employee Engagement: Collaborate with the leadership team to drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Compliance: Partner with relevant local authorities and vendors to ensure adherence to local legal requirements and business needs. Data-Driven Insights: Enhance HR customer service delivery through informed decision-making. About YouDemonstrated experience in HR management, showcasing your ability to lead and inspire a team.A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly regarded.Adept at applying HR knowledge across policies, programs, processes, and functions.In-depth knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Exceptional teamwork capabilities with strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.Effective communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to handle confidential information.Working knowledge of HR systems, particularly SAP and SuccessFactors, is beneficial.What's in it for You?
