Hr/Er Advisor – 3 Months Fixed Term

Here's what you'll be doing You'll hit the ground running, picking up a range of ER case management and working autonomously to resolve issues. This could included all aspects of discplinary, performance management, misconduct, medical incapacity – handling them right through to termination and attending mediation. Skills and experience you'll bring You're an experienced HR generalist with strong, demonstrable experience handling a broad range of ER cases and are happy to focus in this area.
