Nga mohiohio e pa ana ki tenei mahi (About this position)We are looking for two HR Coordinators to join the Holidays ActCompliance team on a fixed term basis to March 2025. This is not a typical HR Coordinator role - the focus will be working on reviewing and updating processes and systems thatare relevant to the Holidays Act work, and feeding those changes back into BAUwork for the HR Coordinator, Payroll, HR Business Partner / Advisor teams - aswell as working directly with managers and staff across the organisation. There will also be opportunities to getinvolved in the training and communications aspects of the change, and providegeneral support for the work of the HR / Change / Comms workstream. Why? The next 6 months are a big deal for theHolidays Act Compliance programme - our current employees who have not receivedtheir full entitlements over the previous 14 years will receive theirremediation backpay. The HR / Change / Comms stream of the Programme has the job ofworking across the organisation to make sure our systems, processes, and workpractices are updated so that once we are compliant, we stay compliantwith the Holidays Act.
