You will need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up and do all levels of HR.Scope:* Ensure the administration of all core HR processes such asrecruitment, onboarding, performance & remuneration reviews,employee status changes, offboarding etc are executed accurately-NZ & AU.* Work closely with the AU & NZ Payroll Officers to ensure accuraterecording of payroll data and approvals required for payrollprocessing.* Provide professional and timely support to Senior LeadershipTeam and Leaders on best practice solutions and/or interventionsacross the entire employee life cycle.* Provide required support, advice/coaching and work withmanagers to ensure the effective and timely management of simplethrough to complex employment relations matters in NZ & AU.* Provide guidance on best practice change management and theexpertise required to execute organisational change processes inNZ & AU.* Apply significant P&C experience and expertise to improve HRprocesses and partner with the business in the achievement of itstargets/goals.* Closely partner with the leadership team to improve businessplanning and performance outcomes.* Assist with the review, development and delivery of HR policy,processes and workflows.* Support Union negotiations and implementation of industrial agreements.* Model the values (Safety, Integrity, Committed to Excellence,Innovation and Value Creation) in all interactions and assistmanagers in building a culture.* Assist with the development and delivery of strategic HR Projectsincluding a range of HR processes and systems, Induction, HR /Payroll System, engagement survey, HR intranet, websitedevelopment.If you have immediate availability - let's chat!
